We recently interviewed guide and photographer, Jimmie Pedersen, who is based in Cheticamp, Nova Scotia on the west coast of Canada’s Cape Breton Island.  His essay called “Nova Scotia- A Narrow Window” is current in Catch Magazine’s 87th edition, and we thought you’d be curious to know more about this talented guy. 

His photo essay features a spring fly fishing adventure, where Jimmie pursues chrome-bright, fresh-run Atlantic salmon.  A change in the weather opens a window of opportunity, and he finds some of the best pools using a mountain bike for access.
